{ Eighty3 Memphis }

A few weeks ago I had lunch at the amazing Eighty3 Memphis ( in the Madison Hotel )

with my lovely friend Sophorn

Chef Connor was so kind and came out to meet us and show us around his kitchen for a bit.

The environment is fabulous.. the food is even better.
